Spürst Du den Ruf der Rahmentrommel, und weißt nicht so recht, wie und wo Du anfangen sollst?
Du möchtest gerne trommeln und singen, hast aber das Gefühl, nicht musikalisch und/ oder rhythmisch genug zu sein?
In diesem Kurs halten wir es bewusst einfach, um uns ganz den Klängen der Trommel hinzugeben und Vertrauen in uns und unsere Verbindung mit der Trommel aufzubauen. Wir lernen die Grundschläge auf der Rahmentrommel, erforschen einfache Rhythmen und die Kraft des Tönens mit meditativen Liedern, die Ihr unter anderem in Eure jahreskreisfeste einweben könnt. Du brauchst keine Vorkenntnisse, Trommlerinnen mit Vorerfahrung bekommen von mir Varianten mit komplexerer Technik.
Wir werden wir das Spiel der Trommel in verschiedenen Haltepositionen lernen, wobei der Fokus auf Lap Style liegt. In Upright Style zeige ich Euch simple Schritte, so dass Ihr die Lieder für die Jahreskreisfeste Ostara und Beltane auch tanzend im Kreis begleiten könnt.

Do you feel the call of the frame drum, and don’t know how and where to start?
You want to play the drum and sing, but don’t feel like you are musical and/or rhythmic enough?
In this course, we deliberately keep it simple to fully surrender to the sounds of the drum and build trust in ourselves and our connection with the drum. We will learn the basic strokes on the frame drum, explore simple rhythms and the power of sound with meditative songs, that you could weave into your cycle of the year celebrations.. No previous knowledge required, drummers with some experience will receive more complex variations.
We will learn how to play the drum in different holding positions, however the focus will be on lap style. In Upright Style I will show you simple steps, so that you can play the songs for the Ostara and Beltane also dancing in a circle.

This is a pure online course, teaching languages are German and English. After registration you will receive the access link for the course. Within 48 hrs you will receive the link to a high-quality recording and the script from the class with which you can rework the material.
